What do i need for being a trainiee recruitment consultant??

Do i need a good degree from a good uni?

I am aiming to do accouting and economics but then do recruitment consultancy later on. What do they look for in a graduate?? how can i gain sales expereince during university??

I have seen some on the job adverts. It says basic salary £25000 and OTE £45000 1 st year and £60000 2nd year. What does that mean?? If i reach a target I get that amount or something??

Firstly: learn English, spelling and grammar in particular.

Secondly: learn the jargon used in your particular fields of endeavour especially acronyms.
