What do i need for travel paper work to enter the Philippines?

I have my military id and a passport, i as thinking about taking a quick trip over to visit friends. what else will I need? staying in manila how expensive is it there?

  1. Manila is no different from any other capital in terms of safety. Just keep your wits about and you will be fine.

    It depends on your citizenship, but generally, foreigners are allowed access to the Philippines for a limited time of 21 days. After that you will need to go to the bureau of immigration to file for an extension. Since this is a quick trip you say, then it shouldn't be a problem.

    If you come from an ASEAN member country or the US, I'm sure that you don't need a visa. A passport and ID is enough. But do check the Philippine Embassy website just to sure.
