You're describing a very large scale engineering project.  You need labs, machine shops, FAA certification, and millions of dollars.  Even then you are likely to get your coccyx ripped off in midair.

You need some blue prints  and materials too like light weight carbon fiber that will cost expensive and a powerfull 2 stroke light weight alluminum engine. And also a specially fabricated parts like the propeller.
