What do i need in order to open up my own auto shop.?

OK here is the thing. I want to buy and rebuild then sell cars. Basically flip cars. I want to make it a business instead of a hobby. And i really have no idea where to begin or what i even need to do. If anyone has any comments or answers please help me.

First of all you have to look for the building you choose to put your business, then you go to the county clerk to obtain the license for the new business (county building Dept.).

You'll also need a lawyer (or an accountant)  for the paperwork that the bank requires to open an account (and checkbook) and your  accountant  will fill you in with the employment laws and taxes.
