A carseat, an outfit to bring her home in, and depending upon how you're choosing to sleep either a crib, a bassinet, a bedside co-sleeper, a moses basket, or nothing; a boppy.  :-)

Those are the basics.

It also depends upon how you choose to feed.  If you choose to breastfeed then I'd get some soothies and some lanolin for your b*****s to help keep them conditioned.  If you formula feed then you'll need formula and bottles.

Of course you will need many of the things that people have already told you about in their answers...but here are some things you need to make sure of before you go into labor that I wasn't prepared with. First, make sure you actually know how to operate your car seat. Also, if you are going to take a video camera or just a digital camera, make sure you know how to use them as well. My husband hadn't even tried out the video camera and our video came out looking so ridiculous. And the time and date weren't even set! Don't forget to charge your batteries too...and bring your charge cord for your cell phone. Hope this helps!
