  1. Mine are in an 18" x 18" x 24 Exo Terra viv, being mainly arboreal they need the height. Once you have that just fill it with plants, climbing branches and places for them to hide they really are easy and a delight to keep.

They need no extra heat sources, unusual amongst gecko breeds, and lighting depends on if you opt for real or fake plants....fake means no extra lighting is need either!

  2. a 20 gallon tall tank will do for one, it needs a lot of fake plants and vines, and a couple hiding places and a substrate, not sand because it can be swallowed and cause impaction which can be fatal, use dirt that saqys on the package it can be indigested.

    try googling crested gecko care

  3. well lots of people say u only need a small cage but these people are cruel in my opinion the cresties i have seen in small cages always seem under sized and stressed. 1.5 feet tall is a minimum 2 feet tall is much better a 18x12x24 would be a nice size to house your crestie in mines in a 18x18x24 and loves it

lots of vines, foliage (real or fake) and places to hide are needed a shallow water bowl that is changed daily should be provided. mist every day to keep humidity levels up. some people (including myself) have a way of heating there cage (over head or under tank both are fine) this is just a way to make sure it doesnt get too cold in the tank (i live in a cold house i have a thermostat set up so the tank stay at a constant tempreture)
