What do i need to convert solar energy to electrical energy???

Question

My problem is what are the equipment i need to covert solar energy to electrical energy and sort it .So that at night we can used the stored electrical energy to operate the electronic items.Example we don't care about the watts.I am more in focus on the equipment needed then the practical functions.
