  1. the younger you start the better.  

    do your stretches and be consistent with them.  the splits

    requires a gradual lengthening of tendons that is not normal

    so do your exercises regularly but be careful not to overdo.

    an injury can sideline your workouts and put you even farther

    behind.


  2. To do the splits takes determination and some pain. First you want to stretch then drop down as loww as you can, then drop a little further and keep doing that little by little untill you get that! just remember this doesn't take a day it takes time to be able to do the splits!

  3. stretch a lot, and do lunges. And than try litlle by little to do the splits, but one it starts to hurt than stop. Stretch your legs alot, to make them more flexible. Be careful when trying to do the splits, because I know alot of girls that have put out their hips and broken their legs from not stretching and practicing.

  4. Stretch everyday. Try to open your legs as wide as you can at first and stay there for at least 10 minutes. You can do this when you're watching TV or reading a book. Its quite convenient, actually. Make sure you feel some pull, or else you won't get the best stretch. But if its a sharp pain, loosen up a little.

  5. Go to a professional ballet instructor or a gymnast, and spare yourself from injuries. You want  A-1 results? Go to the experts. I won't even dare give you one or two tips. There's no other option.
