  1. provide a health certificate. make sure that you have the right kennel. make sure that your pet is booked with you. pay the pet fee. check with the airline for the kennel size, the maximum weight of the pet allowed, coz usually the kennel should be able to fit on the underseat stowage, (your pet be should be able to comfortable inside, meaning they can, roll, lie and stand inside it) and if they allow pets in the cabin, or in the baggage compartment.

check with the airline, they would be able to tell you more.

  2. would help if you would say to where....check with the airline.  Usually at least a health certificate issued in last 10 days (no matter where you are going) and a rabies vaccination certificate.  I presume you've also got the airline or travel agent to add the dog to your reservation?

  3. If this is a dog you are buying - you will need export documents and pedigrees in addition to all the health proofs and microchip.  if this dog is yours and you are flying together US does require proof of rabies and other vacines and health certificate.  Every airline has their own set of rules.  Make sure you have a crate that is the correct size for their rules and that you have a statement that the dog can handle whatever the weather is.
