  1. I know something that would really work. What you need is 3years.. Just wait no hurry

  2. You have to be 16 with a parent, no exceptions. No reputable parlor will even touch you.

No you cannot pay them more money, so that they will break the law and lose their job for you.

No you cannot bring a 'fake' father in.

You will most likely be kicked out and denied a tattoo when you are of age and try to pull either of those stunts.

You have to have a legal guardian with an ID, and your ID and birth certificate. No exceptions.

Wait until you are old enough to know information like this before you even consider getting a tattoo.

  3. The better shops that you can go to won't take any shortcuts. We've had a few shops around here shut down because they had tattooed a few minors. Believe me no decent shop is going to risk getting shut down for some minor.

And yes shops do talk to each other so they'd make sure to tell other shops in your area what you tried to pull.

  4. You need your parent.

    with their id.

and your birth certificate if your under age.

  5. u have to actually have ur parent/guardian with you to sign the forms. otherwise they wont let u. and bring a birth certificate and ur parent must bring photo id so dont even try bringing a fake parent. no u cant pay extra money bcuz they wont risk losing the job/shop just for you. it looks like somebody else said u have to be 16 anyway? maybe thats the law in CA.

  6. i got my first at 16, im in ontario canada.. but for me this is what i needed..

My birth certificate, my mothers id.  had to have the last name (my friends mom doesnt have the same last name as her and she needed to bring proof that that was infact her mother).

if the place is willing just to take extra money, they prob arent a great place to be going, cause if they are willing to stretch that law, why not stretch the laws about sanitation and save money.  id be sure to go to a reputable place

  7. I'm 16 and in the same situation i hate my parents!!!

  8. Good luck finding somebody who would do that. You will probably need your parent to go with you and give their written consent. Bring your birth certificate and get your parent to bring some photo ID - just so the tattooist can check that their name matches the one on your certificate. Or you could just wait for a little while longer, you will be 18 in a couple of years. Time goes faster than you think. :-)

  9. you need to wait at least 3 years

this whole questions screams "I'm not mature enough for a tattoo"

1 - you want to break the law

2 - you think bribery will work

3 - you have no concept of basic laws

4 - you can't figure out how to use the Yahoo Answers Search Bar

    be mature......wait until it's legal

and use the next few years to perfect your idea

  10. you have to 18 to get a tattoo IN A SHOP in CA. They used to have a law that you could be 16 with parental consent but changed it a while back. You should wait until you're 18 at least anyway, if you don't think you'll regret it, well then you just have 3 more years to think about.
