What do i need to do to get more parking lot striping jobs?

i have all the equipment necesary for the job i have a lot of experience but i'm having problems getting jobs

the best thing to do is start knocking on some doors.

What I mean by that is to start going to businesses in your area and ask them if they would like there parking lot re striped.

Most of the time property managers are the people you are going to need to talk but make sure when you talk to them you have a price already from them so they can compare apples to apples.

Get you website and start taking pictures of your work. Then go and make you a post card ( you can get the homemade ones from you office supply store). and then send the post card to all the property managers in your area. Apartments and also contact sealcoating companys and see if they would sub you the work.  Most do there own but you can trade work if you run across while you are knocking on the doors looking for work.
