What do i need to do to kick start my acting career?

i am 15 years old and i live in wales (near england, london etc) and i have always wanted to become a actress, i am wondering how to like kick start it because once its going more opportunities will come right?. well i want to know how much agents cost? where to look for the good ones? and where auditions are held? can anyone help me please??

Agents don't cost any money upfront.

    Agents get you auditions, and if you land the role, they make about 10% of the money you made from that job.

go to the screen actors guild website. it has a list of agencies all over the world. you need an a gent to get anywhere in this business. and get some training. as much you possibly can. you're at the perfect age to really start studying acting.
