  1. Getting lean is a combination of diet and excercise. Diet would included grilled or baked lean meats, chicken and fish, steamed vegetables and low glycemic fruits. Excercise would consist of an hour a day of cardio, weight training and stretching. Getting lean is more about diet than anything else, so if you are eating very clean, swimming, doing situps and pushups, you will get lean

  2. yeah that sounds right

  3. drink 1 litre of mint tea every day

use natural mint leaves, it speeds up your metabolism so you burn fat faster and is great for your skin

it leaves you feeling refreshed and cool and it tastes better than most teas

it is great for your teeth too

  4. exercise, eat healthy, DAILY...and go to the gym use some of their equipment

  5. keep doing the push-ups and sit-ups, add some chin-ups or some other back exercize( rowing machine ets...) and at least 20 minutes of cardio every day. as far as diet, i know it will suck, but eat 5 meals a day consisting of grilled chicken breast and brown rice. or you can substitute any of the meals with a metrx shake, or just a plain protein shake with a bowl of plain unsweetened oatmeal. the idea is to take in a lot of proteins and COMPLEX carbs while avoiding fat and simple carbs. to make sure youre getting some fat (you need some) eat a handful of almonds once or twice a day. i know, i know,  its yucky but you will definately get the body you want. and after a while you get use to it. good luck.

oh yeah, dont forget to take a multi-vitamin every day and try to get in some yucky steamed vegatables so your colon doesnt get all clogged up.

  6. do pilates or yoga.  oh, and  you shouldnt do pushups and sittups eeevery day ( according to my personal trainer) because then you overwork the muscles.  so do like pushups one day, and bycles( you know the exercise where youre on your back with your feet in the air like youre riding a bike) the next day, and switch off every other day
