What do i need to drive to canada? i live in washington and have a military id?

  1. no a days we require you to have a car if you are going to drive here a truck works too


  2. call canada embassy or something you will probably need a passport call the canadian border patrol or departmet of transpoparation

  3. You need a driver's license and birth certificate when traveling by land/sea (until June 2009)

  4. You need your gov't issued photo I.D.  and a certifies birth certificate.  See site below.

  5. A valid drivers licence.  Full id  insurance is madatory..Canada is metric  100  kmh same as 60  mph    50 kmh  same as 30 mph  seat belt  must be on

  6. You only need a passport if you are flying at this time. For driving it's still a government photo ID and proof of citizenship. Presumably your military ID covers both of those, but I'd bring driver's licence and birth certificate anyway.
