What do i need to eat every day to keep my skin healthier?

I know i'm supposed to drink water, but how much and how ofter thru out the day?

I am never thirsty and ecause of that i rarely drink anything all day. My doctor says i am usually always dehydrated.

Also, how much vegetables and fruit do i need to help keep my skin clear?

Anything else?
