What do i need to get married in texas?

My boyfriend and i want to get married but he is an illegal immigrant.He does not have a social security number but he has been in the U.S since 1990.HELP

18 years here and no Social?  That means he has never paid taxes in our Country.....I know he is not alone.  Anyway, my Daughter went thru the same thing.  She married him...and it still took YEARS to get him legal...not to mention much money....but, they have been together 10 years and he is finally legal.  You need to start calling and getting some answers from our Government.  Don't rely on Y/A to give you a quick fix.  Good luck.  Been there, done that for our Daughter.
