What do i need to improve on the most for football?

I am going into my sophomore year in high school and I play fullback on the football team. I bench 180, i squat 240, and my forty yard dash time is a 5.25. i will improve all of it but what should be my main concern?

  1. your 40 time!!!!!!!!!!! try to get it down to a 4.6. the other two sound ok, im not sure though cuz i dunno how big you are


  2. id say work on your squat the most. cause improving your squat will also improve your 40 yard dash time. you want to get the dash time down to about 5.0 and thatll be good speed for a fullback.
