What do i need to install? ?

I need to reinstall things to my computer & i need to know what to install to get my playlists, videos, ect. to work again. I'm pretty sure its flash player but, everytime i go to install it, it tells me that firefox has to be closed before i can do that. The thing is, no other windows are opened during the process. What do i do?

i think you can install windows media player again instead the flash,

do that thing that one guy said about terminating the firefox process, but dont do that thing about windows media player. If u install windows media player, u still won't be able to view flash files-the media player doesn't support flash.

try this :

Check task manager's processes and kill firefox.exe if exist.
