What do i need to know to get my drivers license?

ive been driving around without a license and i want to get mine , i live in tx , ive heard you have to study something before you take your test, i have the book but its way to long , what are the IMPORTANT things that i have to know?

Study the test and make a appointment. Take the written test. Then you need to find a driving school. 300-400 bucks. Once you pass that you can quilify for a license.
