What do i need to learn to become a pilot?

I m in tha 8 grade and i wanna kno what to learn to become a pilot...should i be good at math, physics.....or anything else?

I want to kno!3 days time....answer quick...

  1. I do wish sometimes you people would state where you are from :)).

    Here in the UK your best route if ages between 13 and 17 is to join the Air cadets, here you will acquire the necessary skills and be able to train for a private pilots licence.

    Alternatively you can go direct to a flying school and have a go yourself, charges vary from country to country, but typically in the UK you would be looking at around £120+ per hour.

    Another course is through Universities, here in the UK we have University Air Squadrons, however in other coutries there are similar routes available - e.g. Singapore offer Flying Scholarships to around 60 of its top students each year. Other countries do the same.

    Typically you will need to be fit (and not overweight), have relatively good eyesight (glasses allowed) and be able to demonstrate good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.

    It might be worth noting that (with the exception of military careers) training is often self financed.
