What do i need to make moasics for outside ?

As for skill you either have it or not.

Materials are easier  :-)

You need a flat, clean surface- if it is old concrete, youll want to treat it with a chemical- I think it was potassium chloride?  or something like that to get it ready for glue

Get some good glue for whatever material you plan to use- ceramic, glass, stone, etc... each type uses different glue.

You will also need some grout.

Along with those, you need the tools, a trowel, a sponge, a saw or other tool for breaking the glass, ceramic, etc...

Just lay out the pieces, and then start gluing them down, let it dry as the glue recommends, and then grout it.
