2) A market (lots of men with lots of money)

3) Advertising (Bigdoggie, TER, whatever)

4) Management skills

I can't stress management skills enough.  If anything will sink you, it's this.  Mainly, everyone needs to know what they're responsible for and needs to be held accountable for that.  Second to that is customer relations, since reputations can be very important.
