  1. It is very difficult to raise any bird from an egg. You need a lot of complex equipment and constant attention to the hatchlings once they hatch. Feedings every 15-30 minutes from 6am till midnight. It is not feasable for a person with any sort of life to accomplish. Most importantly it is illegal to keep a wild animal without a permit. Best thing to do it find your nearest wildlife rehabilitator that raises songbirds and bring the eggs to them. They are skilled and equipped to raise these birds if they are able to hatch them.

  2. The first thing you need is federal, state and local permits.

Seriously, it violates federal law to even touch them.  If you really want to help, you can contact your state wildlife department and see if there is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator that can care for the eggs.

Most likely, they were abandoned because they were infertile.

  3. you need an incubator to hatch the eggs---some worms ect to feed them and lots of patience if you intend to mother them also.
