What do i need to record gameplay from my xbox360?

iv been trying to record gameplay from my 360 but dont know what i need i was told a camcorder but that was it -_- so what do i need to capture gameplay from my 360

wel u can get the xbox live vision cam. it does record, but low def. so it might be hard 2 make out. but im not a 100% sure.
