  1. Call them at 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    They will send you an empty box with a shipping label..

    You just send in the bare console.. no hard drive or faceplate.. nothing else..

    If they specifically tell you to include the power supply then send that (they send you a different bigger box if they want the power supply) otherwise do not send the power supply.
