What do i need to set up my catering trailer in Spain?

Well you need to be legally resident in Spain with a social security number,  ready to pay taxes, hygene certificates, gas and electric certificates on van, safety certificates, and hardest of all Licences to trade in the area you want to oh and a pitch in that area , oh and a vehicle big enough to pull trailer preferably LHD or be prepared to pay lots to re register it. Trailers over 7.5 kg in Spain also have their own registration number and ITV (MOT) so that will have to be sorted, hope this helps
