do i need to go to school for buisness or is it just a matter of buying a building and having enough money?

what kind of permits do i need? do you know of any web sites for more info.? and what would be a really cute name for a petshop?

As long as you are a pet shop that DOESN"T sell dogs then go for it....Don't be a puppy mill supporter by selling dogs at your pet store.....
