What do i need to start an airline?

i am only 14. if i want to start an airline what do i need?. i do not know how to fly an airplane and its parts. please, please help me. thanks for answering in advance.

The first thing you need is an airplane. For a small commuter-type airline you'll be looking for a twin-engined Piper Aztec or something of that nature. You'll need a pilot, a maintenance mechanic and someone to handle ticket sales and bookings. You'll also need an accountant or accounting service. Next you need to find an airport that's chartered for passenger service. It will have baggage-handling facilities and possibly a customs office. Some airlines outsource their mechanical and maintenance work since it's cheaper than maintaining their own facilities. Be advised that air transport is heavily regulated and you'll need to have the plane inspected before it can enter service. Buying used is cheaper but be prepared to put some work into it. Piston engines need regular overhauls and replacement whereas turboprops and jet engines need far less regular maintenance (something like 1000 hours for the pistons and 30,000 hours for the jet engines. I could be wrong about those numbers but you get the idea). It's a saturated field and unless you live in a smallish town you'll likely be competing with established airlines. In any case, be prepared to spend the better part of a million dollars to get started.

Praveen, to start an airline, you need a lot of knowledge, a considerable amount of money (millions of dollars worth), attorneys, and considerable people skills.
