What do i need to start my own business?

Question

i would like to open up and aquarium store and i want to know what i would need? do i need excellent credit? this idea just came to me a few days ago and i know it won't happen for the next 5-7 years because i would need to save up money? anybody knows what i need to open up my own business?

This is something I've looked a great deal into lately as well. I currently do aquarium maintenance (almost got into it by accident). How much it costs will depend on what exactly you want to do. My dream of having a large aquarium-only pet store with marine displays and shark tanks ended up in the range of $100,000 for the tanks, displays, and filtration. Add a building space onto that cost. One option would be a business property company that is willing to "build to suit" on a lease. This could be a much less expensive option for you.

You don't need excellent credit, but it does need to be decent at least. Your business having excellent credit is what you need to be worried about. There are lots of resources out there for starting a new business, look up the department of the secretary for the state in which you live.

first you need to save up and invest money.then you need to first buy some land then you would need to get insurance (like-house insurance) for your building . then when you have all that done you have to buy merchandise (for example in your case fish ,fish food , aquariums ,ect.) then you need to put up ads in the newspaper or on a telephone pole ect. then you need to post job  interviews and hire people to work there . and last but not least you need to have a grand opening of your successful new store.thanks for asking~Ryry
