What do i need to upgrade to put a 1997 TwinCam engine on a 1996 Saturn sl!?I want to take out my singlecam.

I want to take out my singlecam and put a twin cam.(Manual Transmission)

  1. the engine will plug right in keep the sl1 transmission all u need is a 97 sl2 computer


  2. Well, you have a lot of work ahead of you if you are trying to put a manual where an automatic was. But, you don't really have to "upgrade" anything you just need to know it fits, and  have to buy engine mounts for that swap. It would be nice to have more info, is the twin cam a saturn engine?
