What do i need to use on my courn stalks to get rid of the bugs?

What ype of bugs? Lady bugs are good for aphids, but ants and aphids work together, so don't try to attract ants. If you just want to keep worms out of the corn, a great organic way to do it is a bit time consuming, but it works. Put  dab of cooking oil or mineral oil on the top of each ear of corn, it will stop worms fom getting in and eating the tops of your corn! Good luck, and happy munching!
