What do i need to work out to be ready to go snowboarding??

umm the question explains itself.. ive intensly have worked out my lower body in the past 2 months.. but especifically what do i need to work out to be more ready for snowboarding??

  1. Abs!


  2. do the abs. lots of ab work. and keep doing the legs. im on a snowboarding team and the coach makes us do lots of squats, step ups, and lunges and tons of ab work.

  3. Quads, calves/ankles, core, and work on the balance board.
