What do i use to take off a hard cast by myself ?

This is NOT a recommendation, but if you really feel the need to take it off by yourself, I guess you can use a Dremel with a carbide bit.  Let me restate that I think this is a really bad idea.  Good luck.

Do not try to remove it yourself, a doctor would need to remove it and check the fracture.very important...and there may be infection in there.
