  1.  dear friends,


    its an important role in the process, chemical, cement, powerplant, oil and gas, petrochemical, food production plant, etc, all the refineries and food production industries are mainly depends on Instrumentation and control department only. its necessary to run the plant at real time process.


    once the plant comes to production all the systems ll be controlled by an Automation Unit (control systems) that ll be monitored by an Instrumentation Engineers (DCS/SCADA/PLC/HMI) its a major role in process industries.


     


    normally while design a plant 


    1. basic design 2.Detailed engineering 3.PFD&P&ID creation, 4.HAZOP Study 5. Procurement 6.construction .7.Erection and Commissioning 8.installation of instruments ,9.Specifications of instruments 10.design 11.wiring diagrams 12.hookup drawings etc .... its very very important for an instrument engineers to do.....!
