Getting to Know You from the King and I is the most child like song I can think of from the musicals that you suggest.  To look younger, don't wear a lot of makeup, just keep it natural with s little blush and some very light, natural lipstick.  Wear you hair in braids, pigtails, or the princess lei/Heidi/Gretel look--you know the braids spiraledd around either side of your head and pinned up.  You can add some shyness to your posture when you walk in and stand before the judges, like a little girl at a party full of grown ups.  Still speak loudly and clearly, and sing confidently.  Good luck!
