What do lip piercings feel like. how will my image look towards others?

I am getting my lip pierced in a few days. I don't know what I should do! All of my friends are telling me NOT TO GET IT DONE! but it is something I really want to do. Does anybody know what it feels like to get your lip pierced??? And what are the differences between getting the right pierced or the left pierced??

if it's something you really want and you've given it enough thought then go for it! it doesn't matter what other people think, you can make your own decisions. when i was getting mine done, all of my friends tried to talk me out of it but they didn't succeed and i have not regretted it for one second!

it doesn't hurt much, they numb it so all you feel is a slight nip and that is only while the needle's going in after that it doesn't hurt at all

as for left and right, it can look slightly different but other than that there are no differences

I got the middle pierced. I don't care what people think about it.

But it has damaged my gums. It did get annoying at times. Getting it pierced doesn't hurt though.

get it done because u want it. forget what other people say..which includes..."differences between getting the right pierced or the left pierced".

if u want it get it. its ur body. ur choice. if ur friends dont like u because of it then they were really never ur friends to begin with.
