Fish look similar in all countries across the globe. A fish's appearance is not affected by the country in which it lives. There are many different types of fish, and there are unique fish in certain habitats, but there are no fish who are shaped by the country they live in, especially not by stereotypes of the human population living there, as human culture has no influence on fish shape.

The fish in the Middle East are like fish anywhere else. As fish do not follow, recognize, nor understand religion, and because fish are not intelligent enough to wear garments at all much less garments of religious significance, it is ridiculous to think that a fish from the area would share in the human tradition of wearing turbans, veils, or anything related.
