lox is smoked salmon, and its very good. The fish has a smokey (think like the smell of a bonfire on the beach or while camping) taste to it. and the texture is similar to salmon sashimi.  many people eat lox on a bagel with cream cheese and capers. yum.

we are talking about the salmon right, i mean it taste like salmon just cold, sometimes its salty but most places have one thats less salty. With a toasted bagel and some warm cream cheese lox taste just great!

Lox is smoked salmon. It tastes extremely salty. I love it! I put it on a bagel with cream cheese. Yum!
