  1. nectar and some eat fruit

  2. Adult moths don't usually eat. And if they do: nothing more than a bit of nectar. Like a butterfly really.

The larvae eat leaves. It might be better to let it go. Really adults just want to mate and then die soon after.

  3. Oh God... It's a moth dude. A wild bug.

Animals that are caught rarely live very long in captivity. Especially bugs. Especially especially flying bugs.

Do you really want to take flight away from it though? Come on, if you want a pet just go buy a domestic one and release the moth...

And I don't even want to know what you're keeping it in.

Edit: I must add though that 'Raven' is wrong. Moths are not really like butterflys, and some can be quite beautiful. I've seen pictures of some that are bright green and yellow, and one of a blue one. They're moths, yet they're not necessarily ugly. She doesn't know what she's talking about.

  4. rotten fruit  but if you dont mind me asking WHY WOULD YOU KEEP A MOTH a mean they are dirty ugly butterflys (which probably eats the sam thing as a moth) well i cant really talk since i tried to keep a bue crab as a pet (until it jumped on my shirt from in side a bucket)_lol
