What do my husband need so he can bring me and live w/him in Ohio we are married for 3yrs,here in the PHIL.?

I was married with my huband for 3yrs.I just don't understand what makes him so hard, for me to live with him in Ohio.Is there anyone can tell me what to do.Till now I'm in my country Phil. For how long I'm gonna wait ,I really don't know.Thanks a lot for these site hope you can help me

All he needs to do is file an I-130, I-864 and G-325A with the US Citizenship and Immigration Service.  You should have your visa in about a year.  You can find the forms here.....

Maybe he's got another wife, or a girlfriend, in Ohio?  Does he support you financially?  How often does he go to the Philippines to be with you?

Is your husband a US citizen or a legal permanent resident?  When did he file for your spousal visa?  Have you had your interview in the Philippines yet?  

If he's LPR, it can take 5 years or so to get your visa since LPR's have no priority to bring you to US.  

If he is a citizen, either there is a problem with your application, suspected marriage fraud, or your husband hasn't filed properly for you.  Did he file in the Phil. while the two of you lived together there, or did he return to the US and file in the US?  Did you pay him any money to get you a visa?  Something could be quite wrong here and only you know what might really be behind it.

Hello. I actually live in Ohio too. I am married to a filipina. I brought my wife here on a K-1 fiance visa, it took about 8 months. We were married three weeks ago. Since you  are married, he can file a k-3 visa(spousal visa)Or, he can file for an alien relative visa. It really isnt hard. He just has to show proof of marriage, and proof that he can fianancially support you. The filing fee is quit expensive though. E-mail me if you have anymore questions. :)
