  1. Most of the people who say such cruel and awful things hardly mean it.  It may be a "heated" moment and it may not even be you that sets them off.  They get upset, you're there and they "use" you as a catalyst to go off on.  In other circumstances sometimes we can spend too much time with certain people and they feel like they can need some "breathing" space or "time alone".  It doesn't mean that you never want to be your friend, they just need a little time.

    Peace & Love :)

  2. "get a life" = find something interesting and intelligent to do other than bother me

"get lost" = leave me alone, go elsewhere

  3. When they say "get a life," they usually mean that you're spending your time doing silly, stupid, or pointless things, and that you need to find something worthwhile to do.

    "Get lost" means "go away."

  4. When a person says " Get a Life", they reveal that they obtained their  bits and pieces of there personality by the life of others. When they say "get lost" They are saying that they are superior to you in ever way, and is usually insinuating that they will hurt you unless they leave you alone.

  5. "Get a life" usually means that you should find something else to do other than mind someone else's business.

"Get lost" usually means to go away or leave a person alone.
