  1. Turn into a turnip with mindless diversions until there is recuperation and accept the need as part of life.


  2. Write, and don't stop writing until you've figured out the belief is the cause of your misery.   All misery is caused by beliefs, find the offending belief and exclude it from your life.

  3. read books or fill it up with family and hobbies. people just rest and watch tv and do things that entertain them.  

  4. I definitely partake in my hobbies! I also like to spend time with friends are relatives. Another good thing would be to take a vacation and have a change in scenery.  

  5. Surf the Internet, watch TV, listen to the radio, 420.

  6. think good and happy thoughts - reconnect with inner yourself. Turn off the tv, do lots of reading to recharge your brain, excercise the body, enjoy nature, and keep positive people in your life. Next thing you know the lull and down is back up again.  

  7. Drink, cross words and other sh ite...  It's better to have poppy tea but most Americans live in Urban areas so this is hard to do...  Wake up, have an oxycontin and stare at the lake, river or ocean is LOVE and LIFE!!!

  8. Sip a cup of hot green tea with roasted rice.

    Maybe have a blueberry scone along with it.
