i think what you want to know is what do people in China call there best dinnerware, hahaha,   i wonder if anyone has ever thought this before, hahaha,    i think they call it something to do with the word porcelain  tz'u  is something like porcelain    tz'u chou is a place where kilns are, there were in operation in ancient times,  t'ao is something like pottery,    this is something i read somewhere,  i really don,t know,  their word for plate is something like panzi'
