What do people mean when they say I have a "clean" heart?

I've been called innocent all my life (I'm 24)... but what exactly is having a "clean" heart?

pure in the sense that you are a good person, and still seem to have a lot of innocence left inside of you,even though you're older..Maybe you're sweet,which is rare.A lot of girls aren't..They're mean b*****s!

Sort of like a peaceful conscience. I hve a clean heart cause I have nothing to feel guilty at heart about.
