What do people outside of America think is beautiful?

I see people from countries all the time that I think are beautiful. I think though, that to people from these same countries, these people might not be considered as beautiful and that I only think they're beautiful because I find them different/exotic looking. Any opinions?

The reverse is true as well.  What we may find a tad ordinary may be one of the better ones according to a fellow countryman.

I believe they are just like Americans but with Accents and they eat healthier than Americans
