the british airways plane tht crashed at heathrow airport today wat do u think the cause is?

The story has a couple contradictory points. One part says the engines were out and then a passenger says the engines were roaring like for takeoff. I would tend to believe the initial report of wind-shear but will hold judgment until the investigation is complete. Too many factors involved to cast blame this early.

That is not a crash.  A crash is an uncontrolled impact with the ground at a non-airport location.  This was a very hard landing short of threshold.  The gear and engines are supposed to shear off in that case, and they did.

As to why they landed short, you'll have to wait for the investigators to finish to find that out.

The BA pilots and crew are one of the best trained in the world. It is interesting that the plane completely lost power before landing and crashed without any warning. It could still be due to pilot's fatigue (tiredness).
