What do people think about buying a bissell quicksteamer lightweight deep cleaner vacuum?

I just found it at walmart and it is $69 but I don't want to buy it and it doesn't do a good job. I mean our dog is finally going outside so there are some pet stains on the carpet and I want something to get them out and get the smell out. It is the Bissell Quicksteamer Lightweight Deep Cleaner and the model # is 1970. Basically want to know if they are any good. the ratings on the walmart website are all good but would like some other opinions. Or what other carpet cleaner is good.

We just bought this. It's pretty good, but we didn't have any stains on the rug, more odor issues. The carpets smelled and looked clean when we were done. I'd recommend it, but my sister just bought a Bissel at Walmart that was like a "step up" from the Quicksteamer. She paid $89 and said that it got all the stains out of her carpet (she had a lot). I'd probably spend the extra $20 and get that model.
