I like Cassandra not too fond of Cassie though, I just never liked the sound of it, and on top that  I know a few Cassies that were well....very easy to put it nicely and that is what i think of when I hear that name, but that has nothing to do with you.

Elise is a beautiful name for Cassandra but sounds just OK with Cassie.  It's a beautiful name all together....I know what you mean with the Alice deal...my name is Alyce and pronounce Aleese....I hate when people confuse both Elise or Alyce with Alice....

I think that is a beautiful name! I do like it with a K though too instead of a C. The important thing though is if you like it and also if the name fits the baby. I love longer names because you can get so many nicknames from them. If you did name her Cassandra you could call her cassie, sandra-bear, sandie, "C". There are just so many fun possiblities, it will also allow her to choose a name that she likes.

Cassie reminds me of a girl who is smart and doesn't have to try very hard in school.  Emotionally she is beyond her years and even sometimes surprise her parents by some of the things she is interested in or passionate about. (very mature for her age) She is not the nerdy kind of smart though. She is a little shy  until you get to know her, but has that sweet personality that most people can recognize right away and everyone loves! Pretty popular in school, even though she doesn't try very hard and isn't all that concerned about it....it just happens.

I like Cassandra, everyone I've met with that name is pretty well balanced and seems to acheive their goals. Elise, on the other hand, I hate, I've known a few, and unfortunately they are all hoes of the worst sort who pop out kids just to get benefits from the state. Plus it doesn't seem to go with the flow of Cassandra, especially if you plan on calling her cassie.

I.e. "Cassie Elise ______, get your naughty butt over here, it's time for time out!" just doesn't seem to work :D

Cassandra Elise = beuatiful name for a beautiful girl :) i have only known one cassandra in my life and she was so nice and pretty, she was very friendly, this deffs gets thumbs up from me :)

I like it- Cassandra has 3 syllables and Elise has 2. I think it's evenly balanced. I used to know some one named Cassie. When some one says Cassie, I think of a teen with brown hair and like hangs out at the mall a lot.
