What do people up north think of southern cooking?

Just curious as a girl from the south (GA), I love home cooked meals containing things like fried chicken, ox tails, collard greens, corn bread, mac & cheese, tomatoes and okra...jsut wondered what people from up north think?

I am  from  Maryland, by way of DC.......  I love home cooked meals  with everything...  Ahhh soooooo yummy.  Anywho, I  am not very north  just border line ya know.  The North will  never cook like the south... So grateful me mum is from the Carolinas

I grew up in Kansas (almost north, I suppose)... I freaking love southern food.
