What do people wear in Bogotá?

I am wondering what most people wear throughout the year in Bogotá

If you are at work. A suit if male or similar for females. If not at work casual preppie.. to shorts depends totally on where you are.

Dress yor best like "Estrato Seis" said either business or preppy. Also remember that it is in the mountains and it gets colder at night so dress in layers or clothing you would wear in the New England in Spring

first of all how old are u?,,,, do you need to know what kind of wear, but for work, informal, sport??

If is for work, and elegant suit with tie...look like the people that works in wall street.

If is for sport, I suggest some clothes that protect the temperature. Bogota is cold

People in Bogota are very concerned about dressig very nice.

During the day, the weather is mild, sunny, some times a bit cool. At night, it is kind of cool.

So, in general, I would say nice jeans or nice pants, nice shoes (not sandals), boots, sweaters, coats, scarfs are part of everybody's wardrobe.
